This project was inspired by a visual analysis I wrote for my English 225 class. In it, I discussed Manuel Alvarez Bravo’s Threshold and how the image made a greater argument toward the mental health crisis. I wanted to focus on mental health within Michigan because I feel there has been a surge in students addressing the limited mental health resources on campus. I will be writing a Daily article about Wolverine Support Network, one of the more prominent mental health organizations on campus. It will serve to highlight what the organization is and how attempts to address mental health stigma on campus.
